This route starts at South Heath, Buckinghamshire and winds its way through the Lee to St Leonards Church where the route turns left to go through Ashton Clinton and along through Western Turville, Stoke Mandeville onto Bishopstone and along to Hartwell, stopping for coffee at the Hartwell Nurseries.

The second half of the route comes back through Ford, Meadle, Askett and Cadsden over Longdown hill back along the Rignall road to Great Missenden and up Frith hill back to the start in South Heath.
